Jackie Townsend-Lackey
Owner

Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Jackie graduated from Texas A&M University in 2005 and 2006 with an undergraduate degree in Animal Science and a Master of Agribusiness, respectively. She now resides in Aspermont, Texas with her husband, Jason who is an area manager for Basic Energy Services, their oldest son Weston who was born in June of 2008 and are proud to announce they are expecting another son in August 2010.

In November 2005, Jackie founded Encore Visions, an advertising firm created predominately for those clients in the agricultural field. From that, Unit Visions was born after Jackie joined Mary Kay and became a future director in only a matter of a couple months. She felt her design talents and experience in print/web-based media could really help directors Multiply Their Time while still actively portraying who they are and the unit they represent.

No matter the career field in which you are involved – IMAGE is everything. Mary Kay promotes building an IMAGE for women on the inside and out.  In addition, every director in Mary Kay has an IMAGE they want to convey through the unit they have worked so hard to build. Unit Visions was built in order to help directors portray that IMAGE on the web and in print media. First impressions are everything – so when a new recruit or customers go to your website or get that first piece of mail from you – they should think of you and who you are!  Jackie wants every director to be able to have an incredible website that is uniquely theirs – not that looks like every other director’s site. Jackie was recently nominated and featured as a Spotlight for the National Association of Professional Women for her role as an entrepreneur and owner of Encore Visions.

Jackie oversees and creates all of the design work for Unit Visions and works with directors to achieve a "branded" look and feel for their communications needs.

Kristi Hozdulick
Vice President and Chief Project Manager

Kristi has a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University, and completed graduate coursework in the Tourism and Event Planning/Marketing field. During her time in school, she had the opportunity to work with the Dallas CVB and help with some behind the scenes aspects of Seminar. Kristi is originally from Waxahachie, Texas but now resides in College Station, Texas. She recently got engaged to her boyfriend of 4 years and plans to get married in the Spring of 2011.

In addition to Marketing and Animal Science background, Kristi's experience expands to Mary Kay as she was a Sales Director in the Cindy Williams National Area. She has been a consultant for seven years, and though she loves selling product and working as a consultant, she has found that her passion really lies in helping other women achieve their Mary Kay goals.

Kristi is the manager who oversees all aspects of the services we offer at Unit Visions from site development to newsletter and postcard creation and sales.

Katie Macey
Website Project Manager

Katie is originally from Bulverde, Texas and grew up in Golden, Colorado. She graduated from Texas A&M University in May 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing. Katie is excited about her career in Unit Visions and looks forward to helping the company grow. She also enjoys learning something new about the Mary Kay business everyday and loves working with and for so many talented women in such a unique and innovative way.

Katie is one of the two women in charge of our website maintenance department. She also contributes to our newsletter and postcard creation and helps build many of our new websites.

Reagan Parks
Project Manager

Originally from New Braunfels, Texas, Reagan graduated from Texas A&M University in 2006 with an undergraduate degree in Animal Science and Biomedical Science.  She also graduated from Texas A&M University Health Science Center - School of Rural Public Health with a Master of Healthcare Administration.  She now resides in College Station, Texas with her son Logan and husband Everett.

Reagan is one of the two women in charge of our website maintenance department. She also helps build many of our new websites.

Kristina Keepers
Accounting Manager

Originally from Fredericksburg, Texas, Kristina graduated from Texas A&M University in 2004 with an undergraduate degree in Animal Science. She now resides in College Station, Texas with her husband, Wes who is the Vice President of Sales for Dynacon. Kristina is also a Mary Kay consultant from the Cindy Williams National Area.

Kristina is in charge of all of the customer accounts for Unit Visions. She also contributes to our newsletter creation each month.
