  1. At this stage of your business the majority of your time should be spent doing consultant activities - 5 Skin Care Classes a Week Minimum. You should always be the top consultant in your unit.

  2. Your unit is small enough that more personal communication is important and still feasible. You should consider personally calling or emailing consultants on their birthday and anniversary and to inform them of their inactive status.
